SHIPPING:

Where do you ship? 

We proudly offer international shipping with minimal restrictions. During checkout, the delivery cost and estimated timing will be calculated based on your address. If your address or country is not listed in our delivery options, it means we currently are unable to ship to your location. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs are calculated per order (based on things like weight, size, and the shipping option selected) once you have entered items into your cart and have proceeded through the check-out. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically shipped by our warehouse within 1-3 business days of placing your order.  Please allow additional time for customized and special orders.  

Special order items fulfilled by a third-party vendor may take between 4 to 8 weeks to ship. Please be aware that third-party items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or any promotional discounts..

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

 PO Box Support: 

*PO box and other non-standard delivery addresses are not eligible for Express and Next Day shipping. If selected, the delivery method will automatically be updated to a compatible service, which may result in delayed transit time. 

Third Party Products:


Items fulfilled by a third-party vendor may take between 4-8 weeks to ship and do not offer expedited or international shipping. Please be aware that third-party items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or any promotional discounts. However, if these items arrive damaged, they are eligible for replacement. We strive to ensure that all items are shipped in the best condition. For any issues with damaged products, please contact our customer service for assistance with the replacement process. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes: 

Orders shipped outside of U.S. are subject to customs, duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are NOT included in the shipping cost. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 30-day money back guarantee. This guarantee is for the purchase price of the item(s) only and does not include any shipping or handling fees which accompany the order. Products must be returned in new, unworn conditions, with all original product packing or tags must be intact. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise (and appropriate tags, receipts)

*Returns or Exchanges cannot be granted on any special-order products, customized products, or products that have been used, worn, or laundered and cannot be game used/issued/worn, autographed.  Please refer to our Returns page to view the full policy. 

Upon receiving your returned items, it generally takes up to 5-7 business days to process the return. However, during busy periods, processing may take longer, so please allow up to 14 business days. 

How do I return the items? 

Please return items using your preferred carrier with a trackable shipping option. Be sure to obtain a tracking number to confirm proof of delivery for your package. We are not responsible for any parcels lost during transit. Please download our return/exchange form.  Please fill out all the required information and mail it along your with item(s) back to us at the address provided within the form.

Please Note: 

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Any items not meeting these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.  
  • Personalized or customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the material or workmanship. 
  • Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.  
  • NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE 

I received damaged/faulty product. 

If the merchandise you received is damaged or defective, please contact customer support to file a damage claim and request a prepaid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method,  the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

Can I exchange an item? 

To exchange items, please download our return/exchange form.  Please fill out all the required information and mail it along your with item(s) back to us at the address provided within the form.

You will be responsible for shipping fees associated with the return/exchange. Please use your preferred carrier service that offers a trackable postage option and receive a tracking number when returning your package to ensure proof of delivery. 

Please refer to our Returns page to view instructions  on how to start a return.  Please allow up to 10 business from the date received for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.  

Cancellations (US only): 

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us through the Contact Us page on the website immediately. We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery, so it may not be possible to change or cancel your order once it's confirmed. Please contact customer support promptly for assistance. 
  • If your order has been processed, the customer support team will provide you with information about how to return the item. 

    Please Note: 

    • Pre-Orders: The delivery for preorder items depends on the production and shipping schedules. Cancellations may be possible if the order has not been processed yet, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. 
    • Refunds: If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Once processed, you will receive a refund for the returned item, which may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your bank statement 
    • Personalized Jerseys: Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for production and shipping of personalized jerseys. This includes time to process, customize and ship your officially licensed personalized jersey. All sales are final for personalized jerseys
